I am proud to say that by the grace of God, the promise made by our Chairman, Abdula Bin Ahmed Al Ghurair, with the President of Pakistan General Pervez Musharraf to invest in housing projects in Pakistan has been fulfilled and Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is launching Goldcrest DHA Islamabad & World Trade Center DHA Islamabad.
Dubai is well known and renowned for its high quality property projects and Al Ghurair Giga Group is committed to bringing the same quality and living experience to Pakistan. Al Ghurair Giga Group has a long history and tradition of building and managing quality property projects in UAE. Goldcrest DHA Islamabad is our first such endeavor in Pakistan. Goldcrest will be the largest and tallest residential apartment complex in Pakistan. While designing the master plan of the complex due consideration has been given to the beautiful landscape of Islamabad, the project site and its surroundings. Additionally, the elements of community living, health and recreation facilities, and managed services have been kept in mind. Goldcrest DHA Islamabad offers its residents a unique blend of modern 21st Century architecture and cultural heritage of Pakistan.
I would also like to acknowledge the support, which we have received from Government of Pakistan and especially from Defence Housing Authority Islamabad, without their support, we would not have been able to achieve this important milestone. Al Ghurair Giga Group assures continued support to the development of Pakistan’s economy through investment in real estate projects.
