On the invitation of Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Private) Limited, H.E. Syed Naqeeb-Ul-Ashraf Mr. Abdul Rehman Gilani (Sajjada Nasheen Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (R.A.) visited the under-construction projects, World Trade Center, Islamabad and Goldcrest, his wife accompanied him.

In the welcome address, The Chief Executive Officer, AGGPPL, Haji Muhammad Amin Pardesi welcomed the honorable guests and briefed them about ongoing projects of the company. He said that Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Private) Limited is a Joint Venture between Al Ghurair Group and Giga Group and the company’s two multi-million dollar projects World Trade Center Islamabad and Goldcrest are under construction. World Trade Center will not only enhance the economy of the country and attract Foreign Direct Investment but will also promote tourism in the region. The Company also arranged a Lunch in the honour of the prestigious guest in which a large number of guests were also present.

During the visit of the Projects H.E. Syed-Ul-Ashraf Mr. Abdul Rehman Gilani praised the quality of construction work and prayed for the successful completion of the Projects. He said that these projects would contribute significantly towards boosting economy of Pakistan. AL GHURAIR GIGA PAKISTAN (PRIVATE) LIMITED (AGGPPL) in association with Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad (DHAI) has launched a new venture “CAPITAL BUSINESS AVENUE” with the sole objective of boosting trade, commerce and industry of Pakistan. Located at the main G.T.Road in DHAI Phase:II adjacent to their multi-million dollar under-construction commercial project “WORLD TRADE CENTRE” and housing project “GOLD CREST” on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayhan Road, the Capital Business Avenue offers an excellent investment opportunity for the business community.

The new project primarily offers a host of high-end business and commercial opportunities in the form of commercial plots at the gateway of DHA Phase II.
